SHIPPING POLICY

Last updated: August 31, 2026

KEEPAHALO products are fulfilled and shipped through third-party fulfillment partners. This allows us to offer our products without maintaining a traditional retail inventory.

Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment is successfully received.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment location, and shipping method selected.

Typical delivery estimates are:

United States: approximately 7–15 business days

International orders may require additional time.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier and may be affected by weather, customs, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Tracking information may take several days to become active after an order ships.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, your items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations.

You may therefore receive multiple packages for a single order.

This does not mean that an item is missing from your order.

Incorrect Addresses

Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an order has already entered processing or has shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

KEEPAHALO is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, KEEPAHALO is generally not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier and checking with your household, neighbors, and local delivery facility.

Customs & International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their country's authorities.

These charges are not controlled by KEEPAHALO and are generally not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout.

⚠️ One thing I'd change from what you specifically said

You mentioned "I will have to eat the cost if someone back charges or forces a refund."

I would not put that in the customer-facing policy.

You don't want language like:

"If you chargeback, we lose money."

Instead, your policy should make it extremely clear what happens when someone has a legitimate problem, while your terms of service can separately explain that customers should contact you before initiating a payment dispute.

Something like:

Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with your order or a charge, please contact KEEPAHALO before initiating a payment dispute with your payment provider. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate order issues directly and promptly.

That's much more professional.

Also, don't say "no refunds under any circumstances." Depending on where you're selling, consumer-protection laws can override whatever your store policy says. Your policy should preserve any rights customers have under applicable law.

One other important dropshipping issue

Before you publish this, check the actual return rules of your suppliers. If your supplier doesn't accept change-of-mind returns, then offering customers a 14-day return could leave you paying for something your supplier won't take back.

If your supplier only replaces defective items, I'd actually make KEEPAHALO's policy "returns generally not accepted for change of mind; defective/damaged/incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund."

That is probably the safer model for a new dropshipping store.

If you tell me what you're dropshipping through (Printful, CJ, AliExpress, Zendrop, Shopify Collective, etc.), I can tailor the policy to the actual fulfillment/return situation rather than giving you a generic dropshipping policy.
